Vine Adoption and Naming

For offerings that include vine naming:

A2Roots reserves the right to decline or request changes to names that are inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with the vineyard’s values
Naming timelines and fulfillment (including plaques and materials) may vary based on seasonality and operational timing

Shipping and Fulfillment

Physical items (such as certificates or welcome materials) will be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe. Timing may vary based on season and availability.

A2Roots is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
