A2Roots ships select physical materials related to vineyard offerings, including welcome kits, certificates, and printed materials.

What We Ship

Depending on your purchase, you may receive:

• Printed certificates

• Welcome materials

• Vineyard correspondence

• Founders packages

Some offerings are fulfilled digitally and will be delivered by email.

Timing

Shipping timelines vary based on the season and the nature of your order.

• Founders materials are prepared and sent following confirmation and vine naming

• Adopt a Vine materials may be delivered digitally or by mail

• Additional items are fulfilled as they become available

We approach fulfillment with care. Timing may not be immediate, but it is intentional.

Orders are shipped using standard carriers. Tracking may be provided when available.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. A2Roots is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Because A2Roots is a working vineyard, fulfillment timing may shift due to seasonal demands or unforeseen delays.
