Welcome to Our Vineyard Volunteer Day

Thank you for your interest in spending part of your day with us.

Starting a vineyard from the ground up is a community effort, and we'd love for you to be part of the journey. Whether you're curious about grape growing, looking to earn volunteer hours, or simply enjoy spending time outdoors, this is a chance to experience the vineyard from the inside.

No previous vineyard experience is necessary—we'll provide guidance every step of the way.

Event Details

Volunteer Date: Saturday, August 2, 2026

Rain Date: Sunday, August 9, 2026

If weather prevents us from working safely, we'll notify all registered volunteers by email with updated details for the rain date.

All Day

8:30 AM – 3:00 PM with a lunch break from 11:30 - 12:00

What We'll Be Doing

These are second-year grapevines taking their first steps toward becoming a working vineyard. Every weed pulled, tie adjusted, and vine cared for helps build something that will last for generations.

Activities vary based on the vineyard's needs and weather, but may include:

• Weeding around vines

• Installing or adjusting vine ties

• Light canopy management

• Vineyard cleanup

• General seasonal maintenance

What to Wear

To stay comfortable and safe, please wear:

• Closed-toe shoes or boots

• Long pants

• Clothing you don't mind getting dirty

• Hat (recommended)

• Water bottle

• Sunscreen

• Bug spray

We'll provide all vineyard tools and instruction.

Community Service Hours

Need volunteer hours for school or another organization? We're happy to verify your participation.

Before You Register

• Volunteers should be comfortable working outdoors.

• A liability waiver must be completed before participating.

• Volunteers under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult for the entire volunteer shift.

• For the safety of all participants, Volunteer Day is open to ages 8 and older.

• Space is limited to ensure everyone has a meaningful experience.
